Hamburger Patties are so, so convenient to use at home. Grill after thawing properly with just salt and pepper to season.
Remember our ground beef is quite lean (85-90%), so overcooking will make it dry. Here’s a hint when grilling patties: make a indention in the middle of the patty so it is a little thinner than the rest of the patty. That way, it will cook in the same amount of time that the rest of the patty cooks and prevents the outside edge from being drier and a different texture than the middle.
Hamburger Patties are also great as a hamburger steak topped with caramelized onions and /or sautéed mushrooms and peppers. Don't forget the provolone cheese!
