Our History
Garrison Valley Farms is a collaboration between two families in the Garrison Fork River Valley in northeast Bedford County, Tennessee who have farmed the same land, in the unincorporated community of Fairfield since the mid-1800s.

Our Passion
First and foremost, we are mothers and fathers. We are graced to be farmers united by geography and guided by tradition. To that end, we are passionate about our land and committed to working hard each day to produce the healthiest, highest quality cattle possible. We do these things, not just for their own sake, but also to instill the values of hard-work and resiliency in our children, with whom we work, learn, eat and grow each and every day. Our Vision We want to be your family’s source of high quality, locally-grown, grass finished beef—not just once, but for years to come. We have been raising beef cattle for a long time. We know the quality of our product from the personal experience of having raised and fed our own families with what we believe to be the most wholesome beef possible. We tell you a bit about our past and motivation to assure you that our goal is to cultivate long-lasting relations with our consumers. |
