Our beef is sold on a per/pound basis both by individual cuts and in Beef Shares.  All beef is sold in individually packaged, vacuum-sealed containers that will maintain freshness for at least 12 months.  

Beef can be purchased at either of our retail location in Wartrace.  Delivery is available on an individual basis, please feel free to call (931 - 389 - 1005) or contact us to discuss details.  

Beef Share prices are calculated based on animal weight at the start of the dry-aging process, this weight is called the "Hanging Weight."  For instance, a 1,500 lb. steer will yield roughly 825 lbs. Hanging Weight.  Resulting in a Half Beef Share cost of $1,753 ($4.25/lb x 412.5 lbs.).  During the dry-aging process, the beef is stored in a dry-air, walk-in cooler where excess moisture is drawn-out and naturally occurring enzymes within the beef work to tenderize the meat.  After 7-14 days the beef is hand-trimmed by our seasoned butchers into our delicious Ribeye Steaks, Chuck Roasts, Hamburgers, etc.  Custom butchering is available for Half and Whole Beef Shares.
